Corona virus: These foods must be taken to take care of the lungs to avoid covid-19
1) Water
Drink two to three liters or more of water daily to maintain the health and immunity of the lungs. This keeps the blood circulation in the lungs normal and the mucus thin. As a result, it is convenient to expel contaminants and germs through sneezing and coughing.
2) Green Tea
Green tea is a very beneficial drink for our body. It contains high levels of antioxidants, which reduce pneumonia and increase efficacy. So drink two cups of green tea every day.
3) Fish

6) Fruits and Vegetables
